You will be assigned a weight loss coach, and have weekly weigh-ins with your coach. Your body fat will be measured each week and your muscle mass will also be measured to make sure that most of your weight loss will be unhealthy body fat. Your muscle tissue is almost entirely preserved with our weight loss method.
Preserving your muscle mass is important because muscle loves to burn calories. Unhealthy crash dieting (and there are many unhealthy diets out there) strip your body of muscle mass, which is why most people gain the weight right back (and more!).
Our diet preserves your muscle mass so that your metabolism is never slowed down, to keep your weight off years down the line. All of this is achieved without exercise! If you currently exercise your weight loss coach will review your routine with you, but most dieters will lose 100% of their weight without exercise
